Dear Parents and Carers,
I hope you are all well. As you know, Apricot class is very excited about the upcoming trip to the cinema on 19/11/2025. The children are looking forward to this special outing and we appreciate all the support we’ve already received from our wonderful parent volunteers.
We are currently in need of one more volunteer to help supervise the children during the trip. Having an extra helper will ensure that we can maintain our required adult-to-student ratio and make the day as safe and enjoyable as possible for everyone.
If you are available to join us, please let me know by 17/11/2025. We would be very grateful for your help!
