Walnut Barleylands Trip

                                                    Walnut Barleylands Trip

Well done to Walnut Class for behaving so well at Barleylands.

The trip was to teach the children how food is grown on a farm and how we use it in everyday recipes.

The children made homemade pizzas with dough made from scratch! next, they added toppings of their  choice to make it delicious. We hope that they let you try a little piece. Before the children made their pizzas, they had time to explore the farm. They were able to feed the lambs and stroke the chicken. Next, we had a ride on the tractor, exploring the grounds of Barleylands. This was so much fun and a very bumpy ride!

Finally, we had a lovely time playing in the park.

We would like to send a special thank you to Lochlan's, Lola's, Gabia's and Eva's parents, for being AMAZING parent helpers. Also, a big Thank you for all the parents that paid for the trip!

Please enjoy the photos!
