Super Science in Year 1!
During the Spring term, Year 1 will be learning all about forces.
This week, in Science, we investigated how to slow or stop a travelling car. The children had lots of super ideas and decided that mud, grass, sand and even pencils would slow the car down.
They set up an experiment using simple equipment and collected the results. Well done Year 1!
I think the pencils will stop the car - Jaevon
Sand will make it stop because it is hard - Shajia
