Year One Stay and Learn- Reading

Dear Parents and Carers,

This Thursday at 2:15pm it is our first Stay and Learn Session. You are invited into your child's classroom for an afternoon of sharing stories. 

The session will begin with a phonics session lead by your child's class teacher. This will show you how we teach the children to sound out words and build fluency, The rest of the session will be for you and your child to share stories together in their learning environment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If your child is currently attending forest school, please be aware that they will not be in the Stay and Learn session, as it falls on the same day.
