Dear Parents and Carers,
We are pleased to inform you about an upcoming trip for the
children in Year One. On 15 December 2017 Rowan Class will visit St Andrew’s
Church, in Hornchurch. We aim to leave at approximately 9.00am, so please can
you ensure your child is in school by 8.45am. We will be travelling by bus.
Children need to bring a packed lunch in a named carrier bag or you can fill in
the attached lunch form.
They will be accompanied on the day by teachers and support
staff, but we will also need additional help from parents/carers. If you are
interested and are likely to be available on the day, please let us know using
the consent form. Your child’s teacher will let you know if you will be needed
on the day.
Should the weather be wet, please provide your child with a
waterproof jacket.
