year 2 awards

 


 

These children have worked extremely hard and have been rewarded for all of their hard work and efforts.

Mulberry

Antonina earned this award for her brilliant effort  in maths this week.Antonina


Rowan Class


Emily, was able to find ten more and ten less by using the maths resources to support her. Great work Emily!


Pine Class


Jason, for being able to complete calculations involving 2 digits by partitioning in his head to get to the next multiple of 10 quickly. This shows how much practice he has done at home. Well done!





Star Writers 


Mulberry Class

Harry earned this award for his brilliant effort in designing his own egg box dragon and using a range of adjectives to describe it. Well done!



Rowan Class

Alayna used exciting adjectives when creating her Egg box dragon plan. Fantastic work!




Pine Class


Maya P, for creating your own Egg Box Dragon and thinking about ways to make it unique through your choice of adjectives. Also, I was really impressed with your spelling so keep up the good work. Well done!









The reflectiveness award this week goes to: Jack, Freddie


These pupils have planned carefully, revised ideas, identified key features and can talk about their learning.

The resourcefulness award this week goes to: Rayyan, Layla


These pupils have been curious about their learning, made links between ideas, shown imagination, reasoned methodically and capitalised on resources. 



Rayyan showed resourcefulness when carefully considering which materials to use to make his egg box dragon. Excellent job!







Aditi and Ashton earned the  resourcefulness award for thinking  carefully about  the materials  they wanted to use to create their egg box dragons. Super job!
