Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are delighted to inform you that Year 1 will be taking trips to Lidl during the week beginning 10th June 2024. The children will be buying the ingredients required for their cakes, which they will be making as part of our exciting new topic for this half term.
We feel that this will be a fantastic opportunity for the children to apply their knowledge of money in a real-world situation. The children will be walking to Lidl in groups on Wednesday, 12th June, and Thursday, 13th June, accompanied by the Year 1 team.
