3) Miss Hurrell ate 25 sweets after lunch. After dinner, she ate 5 more sweets. How many did she eat altogether?
4) There were 27 swans in the pond. 12 more went into the pond. How many swans were there altogether?
5)There were 26 gingerbread men in the bakery. 6 of them were sold by lunch time. How many gingerbread men were left?
