Year 1- Week 5 Celebration Certificates



E for Excellence 


Stefania for a wonderful helicopter story. Stefania used her imagination and her story contained lots of different adjectives to create a wonderful story. 




Evie for her brilliant work in Maths this week. Evie persevered and managed to fill in all the missing numbers on the number tracks, using her 100 square confidently to count backwards and forwards. Fantastic work Evie!



 



Hope, for her wonderful story she told Mr Cardwell. Hope’s story was full of interesting adjectives. She thought carefully about what she wanted to write about and made sure her story had a strong beginning and a clear end.









Star Writer 


Roman, for his fantastic effort making up his own story and creating a story map for it. Roman used his imagination to make up a brilliant story and has been particularly working on his handwriting, well done Roman!




Paige, for using her independent time to writes letters and labels her pictures. Paige applies her set 2 and 3 sounds in her writing, Paige uses capital letters, full stops and adjectives in her writing. Super work Paige!




Noah, for his amazing story, all about a little nut that rolled down the hill. It was quite a journey for the little nut and Noah took pride in reading it to the class. 










Reciprocity -Eesa for alway persevering with all his learning tasks, he keeps on going and produces very good work. Well done Eesa!




Reflective Ayaan for using his senses to work out what the items were in science this week. 




Resilience - Louis, for his hard work in Maths, never giving up!





Reciprocity - Georgia, for helping other pupils with their writing. Well done Georgia!




Reciprocity- Sophie for being a wonderful friend to everyone, especially our new child who joined our class recently.




Resilience- Eason for the way he has embraced learning to tell the time. Eason has been on clock watch, letting the class know when it is o’clock, half past and his favourite… 10 to!!  


Happy teacher- Tianna-Louise, for her good choices this week. Tianna-Louise has also been trying her best in every lesson. Keep it up!
