Literacy
This week, pupils described their own characters
which consisted of animals and settings such
as a desert and forest using adjectives
and expanded noun phrases.
Maths
This week in maths we have learnt our 2
times tables and how to divide by 2. We used
brilliant problem solving skills to conquer
questions. Examples of our questions
are as follow.
Science
The children learnt about the different food
groups and healthy eating. Thereafter,
they created a healthy meal.
Forest School
Rowan Class explored the site today experimenting with various ways to find your way around. There was an orienteering route, using maps and compasses and leaving clues with sticks and stone patterns. They children tried the different ways and had time to explore on their own too. Great participation today.
