Planting in Year 2.

Year 2 planted tomato and lettuce seeds today. 

First we looked at the different seeds.

"Why do the seeds look different" Georgie asked. 

We talked about what seeds need to grow. 

" Plants need carbon dioxide, water and light to grow but not too much " Arya explained. 

Hopefully our seeds will start to grow over the Easter holidays and we will be tasting our lettuces and tomatoes soon.
