This week in Year 2, we have been admiring the wonderful chairs we designed and made in DT. We spent time carefully evaluating our work by thinking about the materials we chose and how well they worked. We talked about what we liked best about our chairs, such as the way they looked or how strong and stable they were. We also discussed what we found tricky during the making process, including any parts that were difficult to build or didn’t go as planned. Finally, we thought about how we could improve our designs next time, sharing ideas about what we might change or do differently to make our chairs even better. It was a great opportunity to reflect on our learning and be proud of what we created.
