Dear Parents and Carers,
Next week in Year 2 the children will be designing and making their own free-standing chairs as part of our learning. To help with this project, we would greatly appreciate any spare materials you may have at home.
We are looking for items such as:
Cardboard boxes (any size)
Cardboard tubes/rolls (e.g. kitchen roll or wrapping paper tubes)
Drinking straws
Small packaging materials or other clean recyclable materials that could help with building and strengthening structures
If you have any of these items, please could you send them in with your child on Monday or Tuesday.
