Year 1 Awards

 

 These children have worked extremely hard and have been rewarded for all of their hard work and efforts.

E for Excellence

Apricot: Poppy and Iustin

Poppy and Iustin 


Poppy and Iustin completed great partner work in math this week. They both used their ideas and knowledge to make and write numbers to 30. 

Beech: Millen

Millen has earned this award for his hard work in every area of learning. Millen has been an excellent role model in class, trying his best in every lesson, demonstrating the 4Rs and producing brilliant pieces of work. Well done Millen!



Walnut:Tommy M

Tommy has earned this award for his effort in maths this week. Tommy accurately counted and represented numbers in different ways independently. Keep up the good work!


 

 

  Star Writers 

Apricot: Noah

Noah has worked  extremely hard in history this week. He wrote 2 great questions on what he would like to find out about Mary Seacole. Noah used his phonic knowledge and remembered his question marks. 

 

 

 

 

Beech:. Mavis

Mavis has been awarded Star Writer for her hard work during Literacy, she wrote sentences predicting what she thought would happen in the story Traction Man, well done Mavis! 

 

Walnut:Eva

Well done Eva for your brilliant effort in using your sounds to independently complete a fact file about your favourite toy.
