A big thank you to Ruben who brought in an exciting Australian parcel he had received from his Auntie at the end of term - a perfect way to finish our topic 'Australia'. Ruben is lucky enough to have an Auntie who lives in Australia. Ruben told Cedar all about the items inside the package which included many pictures of Australia, some books and a calendar.
"The pencils are covered with aboriginal art. They have used the tradition colours that the aboriginal people used." Ruben
The children of Cedar couldn't believe the parcel had taken 10 days to arrive and that it would have flown by aeroplane!
