Year 2 - Maths
This term, the children are learning about statistics in Maths. Year 2 made their own tally chats and tally tables, voting on their own interests to collect data. The children had a fantastic lesson and used a wide range of mathematical and topic‑related language to help them find and discuss their results. It was a great practical session that helped them understand how to collect data—an important skill they will be able to use in other subjects, not just Maths.
