Year 2 Fire Safety Talk - Tuesday 2nd June 2026
On Tuesday, Year 2 had a visit from a representative from the London Fire Brigade, who came to speak to the children about fire safety.
During the session, the children learned about ways to prevent fires from happening and discussed the importance of having a safe escape route in the event of a fire. The visitor also explained what to do if they ever find themselves in an emergency situation.
The children listened exceptionally well throughout the talk and impressed our visitor with their knowledge and understanding. They answered questions thoughtfully and asked some fantastic questions of their own.
We are very proud of the way they represented the school and engaged with this important learning opportunity.
