The great cookie dunk!
This week, the children in Year 2 have been working scientifically to answer the question 'do biscuits sink or float in milk?'. We made predictions before conducting the experiment, thinking carefully about each of the biscuits and whether they would float or sink. The children ensured we conducted a fair test, thinking about the variables such as the amount of milk and the amount of time we left the biscuit for. They recorded their findings and discussed their results. After all of their hard work, it was time for the best part - taste testing the biscuits!
