Olympic Measuring

In our Maths lesson today we watched some clips of Olympic discus throwing and had our own competition involving throwing and measuring. The children went onto the field and threw beanbags, tennis balls and mega howlers, they then measured the distance that they had thrown the equipment using metre sticks.
