Year 2 Certificates- 9/12/22

What a fantastic week we have had in Year 2! However, many children have shown extra hard work throughout the week.

The E for Excellence awards go to: 

Harry, being so resilient this week even though you have an injury. You have still wanted to complete tasks and solve challenges and did so with a smile on your face. Well done Harry!

Kesenja, for always thinking outside the box and coming up with amazing ideas.

Ayana, for making good choices throughout the autumn terms. You have presented yourself to be a fantastic role model and have always shown enthusiasm and hard work towards your learning. Well done!

The Star Writer awards go to:

Carina, for completing your writing about a snowman independently. You tried so hard to sound out your words. Well done!

Tyler, for using expanded noun phrases in his descriptive piece of writing.

Athena, for writing some fantastic 2a sentences when describing a snowman. You have used imaginative adjectives and ensured to correct your capital letters. Well done. :)

We have also awarded children for their efforts in their learning, their pupil jobs and reaching the high expectations set in Broadford Primary school. 

The reciprocity award this week goes to: Lucas, Ryan, Max

These children have shown interdependence, collaborated effectively, listened to others, displayed empathy and have imitated effective ideas and methods from others. 

The reflectiveness award this week goes to: Billy, Cruz, Aariz

These pupils have planned carefully, revised ideas, identified key features and can talk about their learning.
