WOW! What a wonderful afternoon we had in Year 2 on Friday!
The children loved writing their letters to Santa, ensuring they were using their absolute best handwriting, spelling and punctuation which is sure to impressive the big man!
After, the children excitedly went into the Grotto and were surprised by a very special guest who gave them a little treat from his stocking. Children then enjoyed some delicious hot chocolate with marshmellows and biscuits and finally settled down for a song as well as a Christmas story to end the afternoon.
A huge thank you to everybody who attended - it really was a fantastic turn out.I don't think we have ever squeezed so many children and parents into Year 2 before!
