Pine have been learning about the Gunpowder Plot in History and finding out about Guy Fawkes. We have also been looking at firework rockets and the sounds they make, which we can now use in our writing. The class have made their brightly coloured rockets ready for tonight- to remind them of this historic date and they can tell you about the onomatopoeic words they have come up with to explain the sound of their rockets!
