In Science, Pine class have been looking at the properties of materials. We have also been creating things each week to help our Broadford Hero! Last week children were asked to help their hero create a shelter in which he could store his super suit and keep it dry and safe. Children made model designs which we tested this week. After testing, we decided the best design was a pyramid shape that was covered in plastic in order to keep our hero dry. Next, the class made their life sized version ready for their hero to use (QC checked by some of the boys from Pine!)
