Year 2 Certificates 28.4.23




What a fantastic week we have had in Year 2! However, many children have shown extra hard work throughout the week.

The E for Excellence awards go to: 

Carina, for being so kind to those around you. You have shown great generosity to your friends and are always willing to help. Thankyou and well done!

Cruz, for being able to predict the story of Jack and the Baked Beanstalk using creative and imaginative descriptive language. Well done!

Max, for working incredibly hard in maths. Keep applying your prior knowledge to tackle current maths problems. Super work and well done!

The Star Writer awards go to:

Oliver, for trying so hard to do independent writing since we have come back from holidays. You are creating great sentences and managing distractions. Fantastic work!

Torsten, for his ability to identify and use prefixes in his writing. Well done!

Ava, for creating a descriptive piece about what she would like to eat and have at a naming ceremony for a baby.

We have also awarded children for their efforts in their learning, their pupil jobs and reaching the high expectations set in Broadford Primary school.



The resilience award this week goes to: Veronika, Osman and Callissya

These children have demonstrated perseverance, managed distractions, noticed patterns and been absorbed in their tasks.

 

The reciprocity award this week goes to: Yeva, Lucia and Henry





These children have shown interdependence, collaborated effectively, listened to others, displayed empathy and have imitated effective ideas and methods from others. 


Well done to those who have received the I made my teacher happy award. This goes to; Elsie and Qhaleed
