Year 2 Certificates- 03.02.2023

 

What a fantastic week we have had in Year 2! However, many children have shown extra hard work throughout the week.

The E for Excellence awards go to: 

Tesha, for taking your time to produce fabulous work and ensuring your handwriting is presented beautifully. You should be very proud of yourself, I am! Well done.

Anya, for always checking your work and correcting any grammatical errors without any reminders.

Abrish, for using her own time to work on her multiplication skills using arrays. Well done Abrish. 

The Star Writer awards go to:

Denis, for trying your very best to remember finger spaces in your writing. I can see the effort you are putting into all you are putting in. Amazing work! 

Adalind, for planning an imaginative and original  ending to the ‘Lost and Found’ story. You have shown creativity and great focus as you carefully planned your version of the story.

Edward, for completing his Literacy task (Storyboard) independently. Well done for being creative when planning out your own version of the story ‘Lost and Found’. 

We have also awarded children for their efforts in their learning, their pupil jobs and reaching the high expectations set in Broadford Primary school. 


The resilience award this week goes to: Sofia, Lucia and Athena.

These children have demonstrated perseverance, managed distractions, noticed patterns and been absorbed in their tasks.

 



The reciprocity award this week goes to: Nashwan, Adam M and Thomas.



These children have shown interdependence, collaborated effectively, listened to others, displayed empathy and have imitated effective ideas and methods from others. 





A huge well done Yr 2!
