Year 1 Awards

 

 

These children have worked extremely hard and have been rewarded for all of their hard work and efforts.

E for Excellence

Apricot: Jacob 

Jacob has been working hard in phonics. Jacob has been learning his sounds and implementing his learnt sounds into his writing over all subjects. Keep up the great work!







Beech: Ayra has tried her best in every lesson and has been an excellent role model in Beech  class, demonstrating the 4R’s and producing excellent pieces of work. Well done Ayra!





Walnut: Elsie

Well done Elsie for using your knowledge of doubles to solve mathematical problems. Super work!

Amazing work Jimmy! Jimmy has worked so hard with his handwriting. He has been forming his letters neatly and correctly using his phonic knowledge as best as possible. 



Beech:. Abdulhafiiz has written an amazing diary entry this week. He worked super hard to use the key features of a diary entry in his work and remembered all of his sentence rules. Well done!

Walnut: Tommy G

 You have earned this award for making a good effort to use your sounds to write a diary entry from a character’s perspective.  Well done!
