Year 1 Awards

 

  

We have had another great week and there has been so much to celebrate in Year 1! 

These children have worked extremely hard and have been rewarded for all of their hard work and efforts.

E for Excellence


Walnut:George

George showed fantastic effort and worked hard during his maths assessment. He used different strategies to solve number and measurement problems. Well done!



Apricot: Elliot- Ellis 

Elliot Ellis has been sharing his ideas clearly by waiting patiently for his turn to talk and responding to other children positively. Amazing!






Beech:Jessica


Jessica, in recognition of you always trying your best in the math sessions. You have worked super hard  this week solving measurement questions. Well done Jessica

Leo is trying hard with his writing and phonics. He has been working on his letter formation and forming sentences that have fingers spaces and full stops.

Oliver, you have been working super hard on your writing skills in the RWI sessions and the Topic sessions. You completed a fantastic piece of work retelling the story of ‘ The Snail and the Whale.’
