Our first week in Year One
What a fantastic few days it has been! The new Year One children have settled in well and it has been a joy to see them happy and confident in their new environment.
They have enjoyed making new friends and exploring their new surroundings.
Take a look below at some of the things they have been up to...
In our 'Small World' area, we have some fancy new blocks designed for building. A picture of The Taj Mahal was put on the board for inspiration and Aimen built a fabulous palace from the blocks.
Thomas and Freddie used the big blocks in the outside area to build Big Ben. They even made the clock faces for the top- very impressive!
