We imagined that our lovely box of compare bears had been marooned on a desert island by the evil pirate Blackbeard and we were challenged to build a raft to help them escape! We thought about making our boat waterproof and how we could be sure it would float, not sink.
We worked in teams and showed great reciprocity using the materials we were given to make rafts which we then tested in the water tray.
A special mention to Kaden Nicol and Fallon Sharpe, whose sturdy raft rescued an entire family of compare bears!
