Maths and Pizzas!

Pine had a busy day today designing and making pizzas. The children worked in a pairs and after covering the whole pizza with tomato puree had to add toppings to their own half of the pizza. They learnt exactly what half and quarter meant as they sliced up their pizza and were able to divide the ingredients with their partner. It was a tasty way to learn all about fractions!
