Year 1 Awards

 

  

We have had another great week and there has been so much to celebrate in Year 1! 

These children have worked extremely hard and have been rewarded for all of their hard work and efforts.

E for Excellence


Walnut: Batool

Batool has earned this award for her effort during her maths lesson. She worked extremely hard  to recognise  the face value of the different coins we use in the UK.




Apricot: Aariz

Aariz has been working hard in math. Aariz has been working independently to recognise pounds no pence. 



Beech: Yeve


Yeve, you have been working super hard at school to complete all of your tasks and making new friends. We are so proud of all of your hard work! Excellent work Yeve!

Adam M  has been working very hard  to use his sounds to write sentences independently. Well done Adam!

Maya-Aisha has worked hard on her handwriting. She uses conjunctions and adjectives in her writing making her sentence extra interesting. 

 

Beech:Denis

Denis, You have worked incredibly hard to write your persuasive letter to Mrs Nicholls. You worked super hard on your capital letters and finger spaces. Well done Denis.
