YEAR ONE: No Dress Up Day On Friday
Good morning,
This week we started a new topic in Literacy, Scrumdiddlyumptious. As part of the topic the children will be designing their own cakes, writing recipes and shopping lists and more. The topic will finish in the coming weeks with the children baking and decorating their own cakes.
Some of the children have got a bit overexcited and we hear their is a rumour that Friday is a dress up day, this is not the case. Please do not send your children in their own clothes on Friday.
We look forward to the coming weeks where we will be building up to the big bake! And we hope you are excited for the children to bring home some cake for you to try!
