Year 1 Awards

 


These children have worked extremely hard and

have been rewarded for all of their hard work and efforts.

E for Excellence

Apricot: Harvey

Harvey has shown outstanding behaviour and

enthusiasm learning this week. Harvey completed

tasks to the best of his ability and corrected the

mistakes he made.




Beech: Ameera for her brilliant Maths work this week.

Ameera was able to partition two digit numbers

and identified tens and ones. Well done

Ameera - keep up the excellent work!

                                            

Walnut: Lola

Well done for working very hard to use your

mathematical knowledge to partition 2-digit

numbers. Keep it up!

                                                        

  Star Writers 

Apricot: Alfie 

Alfie wrote 5 fantastic questions on our new History

topic. He remembered his fingers spaces and

question marks. Brilliant Job!


. Beech: Summer for her brilliant effort during hand

over hand time this week. Well done Summer! 

 

Walnut: Lochlan

You have earned this award for working hard to

use your sounds to write a set of instructions to

bake scrumptious cake. Well done!

These pupils have been curious about learning,

made links between ideas, shown imagination,

reasoned methodically and capitalised on resources.

Tiger Lily has been working extremely hard on her

phonics and trying to use set 2 sounds in her writing.
