Year 2 Forest School

 

Year 2 Forest School 

This morning Year 2 gave some orientating a try.  They experimented with compasses, lining up the needle with North and working out which direction they needed to go in to find different hidden mini beasts. Then they set their own routes using sticks and stones following the guide. They tried each other’s routes. Well done to Year 2 for trying it be skills.

We have had another great week and there has been so much to celebrate in Year 1!

Year 2 Parents Meeting - End Of Key Stage Assessments

 End of Key Stage 1 Assessments Meeting

Please be informed that we will be holding a meeting on Monday 7th February for all Year 2 parents and carers.

The Year 2 team will share some information on the up-and-coming end of key stage statutory assessments, which will be taking place during the week commencing Monday 9th May 2022.

The meeting will be taking place in the Old Hall at 3:30pm.

Please collect your child at the end of the day and make your way to the Old Hall (the door left of the school office).
